When you send a message to Luna, your message and relevant app context are transmitted through Supabase Edge Functions to our AI provider, OpenRouter, so that Luna can generate a response.
Supabase Edge Functions are used as a server-side layer to process requests and communicate with OpenRouter. Although Litemind does not store chat content in Supabase, chat content is transmitted to OpenRouter and may be processed by OpenRouter and the AI model providers used to generate responses.
The handling of prompts, responses, logs, and related data may depend on OpenRouter’s policies, the selected model provider, routing settings, model configuration, and other technical settings.
You should not enter highly confidential, emergency, safety-critical, medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other sensitive information into Luna.
Litemind currently does not store chat messages in Supabase.
In the future, we may offer optional cloud sync as a paid subscription or paid feature. If cloud sync is introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when the feature becomes available.
Cloud sync may allow certain app data, such as tasks, routines, reminders, settings, and summaries, to be stored in the cloud so that you can access them across devices.

Chats with Luna are not reviewed in real time by a human support team. Litemind does not provide live monitoring, live coaching, live support, crisis monitoring, emergency response, or professional review.
You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated response before relying on it.
Do not rely on Litemind or Luna for emergencies, urgent needs, safety-critical reminders, medical or mental health decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, or any situation where failure, delay, or incorrect information could cause harm.
Litemind does not require you to provide sensitive personal information.
However, because Litemind includes free-form chat and notes, you may choose to enter information that could be personal or sensitive. This may include information about your routines, mood, habits, productivity challenges, personal life, or other topics.

Notification content may appear on your lock screen depending on your device settings. You can adjust lock screen notification privacy in your phone settings.
Litemind is primarily an automated app experience.
The app is developed and operated by a small team and may be operated by a solo developer. We do not provide 24/7 support, real-time human monitoring, professional review, emergency support, crisis response, or guaranteed response times.
Luna is an AI-generated assistant, not a person, professional coach, therapist, clinician, doctor, crisis counselor, or emergency responder.
If you need professional help, urgent support, or emergency assistance, contact an appropriate professional, trusted person, hotline, or emergency service outside the app.
